Justin Moore’s “Lettin’ the Night Roll” Goes #1 at Country Radio

Subject to the same sharp, almost-immediate fall that impacts nearly every country song once it hits number one, Brett Eldredge’s “Beat of the Music” has relinquished its top spot at country radio.

Its replacement is Justin Moore’s “Lettin’ the Night Roll,” which cruised to #1 on Mediabase’s rolling airplay chart and should hold that spot for Monday’s published update.

Over the seven days ending June 19, “Night” garnered 7,460 country format spins and 57.08 million audience impressions.

Down 637 spins week-over-week, Eldredge’s second country radio number one scored 6,874 spins with 53.33 million.

#3 based on Mediabase’s scoring system, Blake Shelton’s “My Eyes (featuring Gwen Sebastian)” actually earned a greater spin count of 6,940. Its audience clocked in at 53.32 million.

Jake Owen’s “Beachin'” (6,764 spins with 52.54 million) and Tyler Farr’s “Whiskey in My Water” (6,375 spins with 48.15 million) rounded out the top five.

Other movers:

— Billy Currington’s “We Are Tonight” hits #10

— Brantley Gilbert, Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett’s “Small Town Throwdown” arrives in the Top 20 at #20.

— While its spincrease was almost nonexistent, Cole Swindell’s “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” edged its way into the Top 25 at #25.

— Miranda Lambert & Carrie Underwood’s “Somethin’ Bad” hits #30.

— Little Big Town’s “Day Drinking” rockets eight places to arrive in the Top 40. It currently ranks as #37 at country radio.

— Sam Hunt’s “Leave the Night On” should reach the Top 40 within days. It is currently #43.
