“Happiness Begins,” Jonas Brothers’ first studio album in ten years, is on track to become the trio’s third #1 in the United States.
According to Hits Daily Double, the album is on track to sell 285-310K pure US copies this week. With units from track sales and streams included, it may generate 325-350K in total first-week consumption.
Among the best numbers for an album this year, the figures should easily position “Happiness Begins” atop the weekly US album sales and consumption charts.
Jonas Brothers previously ruled with “A Little Big Longer” in 2006 and “Lines, Vines and Trying Times” in 2009.
In addition to the enthusiasm one would expect for a Jonas Brothers album, “Happiness Begins” is benefiting from concert ticket and merchandise bundles. Albums redeemed as part of the bundle count as pure sales.
