Chevel Shepherd Named Winner Of “The Voice,” Chris Kroeze Earns 2nd Place

Chevel Shepherd won season fifteen of “The Voice.”

For the second consecutive season, a Team Kelly Clarkson member won “The Voice.”

Chevel Shepherd was named the season fifteen victor during Tuesday’s two-hour results show. She follows season fourteen’s Brynn Cartelli as the second straight Team Kelly contestant to claim victory on the popular NBC reality show.

Shepherd competed against Team Blake’s Chris Kroeze and Kirk Jay and Team Jennifer’s Kennedy Holmes in the finale. Kroeze and Jay respectively took second and third place, while Holmes ranked as this year’s fourth-place finisher.

Shepherd spent all of Tuesday atop the US iTunes sales chart with her original single “Broken Hearts.” It is still in the pinnacle position as of press time at 2AM ET Wednesday morning.
