Two weeks ago, Rayshun LaMarr received the “Instant Save” on NBC’s “The Voice.”
Lightning struck a second time for the Team Adam contestant. He again won the live vote — and will thus advance to the semifinals.
LaMarr beat out fellow bottom three members Jackie Verna (of Team Adam) and Christiana Danielle (of Team Alicia) for the coveted Instant Save. Verna and Danielle are thus headed home.
Following Verna’s elimination, LaMarr is the only Team Adam member left standing. Danielle’s elimination leaves Team Alicia with Britton Buchanan and Jackie Foster.
Team Kelly is represented by Brynn Cartelli and Kaleb Lee, while all three Team Blake members (Spensha Baker, Pryor Baird and Kyla Jade) remain in contention.
The eight remaining contestants will return to the stage next Monday for the semifinal round.
