Father John Misty will be releasing his new album “God’s Favorite Customer” on June 1.
Monday, he performs a song from the forthcoming album on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
Specifically, he plays “Mr Tillman” before the “Tonight Show” crowd.
The performance closes an episode that also features Michael Shannon and Andrew Rannells. Both join Fallon for interviews; Rannells also participates in a musical bit.
Taped earlier in the day, Monday’s edition of “The Tonight Show” airs at 11:35PM ET/PT on NBC.
