Ratings: WWE SmackDown! Live Jumps After WrestleMania; “Unsolved” Essentially Flat

WrestleMania buzz powered SmackDown! Live to increased viewership.

Tuesday post-WrestleMania edition of WWE SmackDown! Live predictably enjoyed big week-over-week ratings gains.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “SmackDown!” averaged a 0.98 adults 18-49 rating and 2.95 million overall viewers.

The numbers markedly top the 0.79 rating and 2.47 million viewer mark posted by the previous episode.

This week’s episode convincingly ranked as cable’s top Tuesday original in adults 18-49. “The Last OG,” the night’s #2 program, posted a 0.58 rating.

— Increased support from SmackDown! did not, however, fuel a big gain for “Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious BIG.”

The docudrama drew a 0.33 in adults 18-49 and 0.81 million in overall viewership this Tuesday.

Last week’s episode was good for a 0.32 rating and 0.84 million viewer mark.
