Taylor Swift’s “This Love” Reaches Platinum In US; “Call It What You Want,” “End Game” Go Gold

Taylor Swift retakes the #2 spot on the all-time digital single certification leaderboard.

Three songs by Grammy-winning superstar Taylor Swift just received new digital single certifications in the United States.

According to the RIAA, Swift’s “This Love” attained platinum status on March 13. The award confirms 1 million in US units; each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

That same date also brought gold certifications (500,000 units) for “Call It What You Want” and “End Game (featuring Ed Sheeran & Future).”

While all certifications are impressive, these carry particular significance. They elevate Swift’s total US digital single certification count to 108.5 million units — and thus thrust her back to #2 on the all-time leader board.

Eminem, who is credited with 107.5 million certified units, had briefly overtaken Swift.

With 124 million units, Rihanna remains the all-time leader.
