“Merengue,” “King’s Dead,” “Sativa,” “Don’t Nobody Want None” Debut On Rhythmic Radio Chart

Kent Jones, Jay Rock/Kendrick Lamar/Future/James Blake, Jhene Aiko and Tech N9ne score new entries on the rhythmic chart.

This week’s Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart welcomes four new entries.

Kent Jones’ “Merengue,” the top debut, earns #36. It was below last week’s chart at #42.

“Merengue” received 713 spins during the February 11-17 tracking period, besting last week’s mark by 197 spins.

Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, Future & James Blake’s “King’s Dead” concurrently rises four places to make its entry at #37. The “Black Panther” song received 621 tracking period plays (+44).

Up eight places, Jhene Aiko’s “Sativa (featuring Rae Sremmurd)” enters at #39. It received 596 tracking week spins (+227).

Tech N9ne’s “Don’t Nobody Want None,” the fourth of this week’s debuts, starts at #40. The song, which was #43 last week, received 595 plays this week (+79).
