Update: “Pitch Perfect 3” star Anna Kendrick was the lead guest on Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
In addition to participating in an interview, Kendrick appeared in the latest installment of the “Classroom Instruments” segment. Kendrick, Fallon, The Roots and special guest Darlene Love performed “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).”

To support and celebrate the new sequel, franchise star Anna Kendrick appears on Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
She joins host Jimmy Fallon for an interview on the broadcast. That interview is not, however, her only role.
Kendrick also appears alongside Fallon, Darlene Love and The Roots for a “Classroom Instruments” performance. The entertainers perform Love’s classic “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” in a holiday-themed installment of the popular sketch.
Taped earlier Monday, the episode also features appearances by Rhett & Link, Julio Torres and Randy Newman. Rhett & Link participate in an interview, Torres appears during the monologue, and Newman delivers a musical performance.
