Horan is an interview and musical guest on Thursday night’s episode.

Update: Niall Horan appeared on Thursday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The singer-songwriter joined host Jimmy Fallon for an interview on the broadcast. Later, he took the stage to perform “Too Much To Ask.”

Niall Horan performed his first two solo singles on past episodes of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Thursday night, he returns to perform his third solo single “Too Much To Ask” on the popular late-night talk show.

Not simply there to perform, Horan also joins host Jimmy Fallon for an interview.

Taped earlier in the day, the episode additionally features an appearance by James Franco. Visiting in support of “The Disaster Artist” and this weekends “SNL,” Franco participates in an interview and a “Cooler Heads” sketch.

Thursday’s “Tonight Show” will air after the football game and late local news (NBC estimates the start time at 12:05AM ET). First-look photos follow:
