Update: Some late shows took the day off, but NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” went ahead with an original episode Monday.

Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” features an appearance by Gina Rodriguez.
The “Jane The Virgin” lead and “The Star” voice actress joins host Jimmy Fallon for an interview on the broadcast.
Taped earlier in the day, Monday’s “Tonight Show” also features appearances by Martin Short, Victor Wooten and Spoon.
