Alicia Keys Confirmed As Fourth Coach For “The Voice” Season 14

She’ll join Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson.

Over the summer, NBC revealed that Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson would be coaching on the fourteenth season of “The Voice.”

The fourth coach was to be revealed at a later date.

Wednesday marked that later date; NBC confirmed that Alicia Keys will occupy the fourth red chair.

Keys last coached during season twelve. Her contestant Chris Blue won that season’s competition.

“We are thrilled to welcome back Alicia’s positive energy, competitive spirit and sheer talent. She brings unparalleled expertise and has proven she knows how to help artists win,” said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Reality Group, NBC Entertainment. “The chemistry between Alicia, Kelly, Adam and Blake will make for a wildly unpredictable and compelling season 14!”

Season thirteen of “The Voice” is currently airing on NBC. Filming for the fourteenth season begins this week.
