Up five spots, Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands” reaches a new peak of #3. Even with last week’s position, Shawn Mendes’ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” holds at #4.
Liam Payne’s debut solo single “Strip That Down (featuring Quavo),” which was #9 last week, takes #5 this week.
