Watch Kobe Bryant perform a slam poem about Steve Urkel on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Update: Kobe Bryant appeared as the lead guest on Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

In addition to participating in an interview, Bryant took the stage to perform a slam poem.

The topic? “Family Matters” character Steve Urkel.

Kobe Bryant is the headline guest on Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” and he is not simply there for an interview.

The basketball great also participates in a “‘Family Matters’ Slam Poetry” segment.

The segment factors prominently into commercials for Monday’s episode.

In addition to Bryant’s appearance, Monday’s “Tonight Show” features interview appearances by Sports Illustrated Kids reporter Max Bonnstetter and Kathryn Hahn. Big Boi closes the show with a performance of his new single.
