The single, which begins Lorde’s “Melodrama” album era, was added by 116 Mediabase-monitored pop stations this week. The sizable first week count nearly doubles that of the next-most added song.
Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay,” that song, won support from another 60 stations this week.
The Chainsmokers & Coldplay’s “Something Just Like This” registers as third-most added with 52 pickups, while Jason Derulo’s “Swalla (featuring Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign)” takes fourth courtesy an add count of 25.
Each added by 24 stations, Calvin Harris’ “Slide (featuring Frank Ocean & Migos)” and Linkin Park’s “Heavy (featuring kiiara)” tie for fifth.
