After enduring two straight declines following its season premiere, FOX’s “Empire” held steady this week.

Per fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s episode drew a 3.4 adults 18-49 rating and 9.30 million total viewers. The demo rating matches that posted by last week’s broadcast, while the viewership tally represents a slight improvement (9.25 million).

Since “Empire” often receives an upward adjustment in the final ratings report, this week’s episode may show gains in both columns when all is said and done.

Lead-in “Lethal Weapon” was also up week-to-week. This week’s broadcast drew a 1.9 rating and 6.70 million viewers, besting the 1.7 and 6.62 million drawn last week.
