The latest “A” HitDisc compilation features Ellie Goulding’s “Still Falling For You,” Astrid S’s “Hurts So Good,” Kenny Chesney’s “Setting The World On Fire (with P!nk),” Idina Menzel’s “Queen Of Swords,” Jordan Fisher’s “Lookin’ Like That,” Dev’s “#1 (featuring Nef The Pharaoh)” Jason DeRulo’s “Kiss The Sky,” and more.
“Each week, TM Studios programmers, working directly with the record labels and utilizing Mediabase research, select the new releases most likely to be added by programmers,” says TM Studios regarding its HitDisc compilation series. The weekly compilations are issued to radio professionals, including programmers.
The “A” disc features songs geared toward the adult contemporary, hot adult contemporary, pop, rhythmic and/or urban radio formats. The track list tends to include songs first being serviced to radio, songs officially going for adds, songs being issued to different formats, or edits/remixes of previously released songs.
In addition to the aforementioned tracks, this week’s disc features Barry Gibb’s “In The Now,” Michael Buble’s “Nobody But Me,” the “xtra clean” version of CL’s “Lifted,” a clean version of Ayo Jay’s “Your Number (Remix featuring Chris Brown & Kid Ink),” a clean version of Blac Youngsta’s “Beat It (featuring Rich Homie Quan),” a clean version of Nebu Kiniza’s “Gassed Up,” and FHB’s “Regular (featuring JR).”
