Bishop Briggs Scheduled To Perform On “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”

Bishop Briggs, the most recent iHeartRadio “On The Verge” artist at alternative radio, is headed to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

NBC confirms the artist for the August 1 edition of its flagship late night show.

News of the performance comes as Briggs’ breakthrough “River” holds a Top 10 position on the Mediabase alternative airplay chart. The song is just outside the Top 100 on the US iTunes sales chart.

The August 1 “Tonight Show” will also feature appearances by Jared Leto, John Turturro, and Leslie Odom, Jr. The former two will participate in interviews, while Odom will sit in with The Roots.
