Mike Posner’s “I Took A Pill In Ibiza” Reaches #1 at Pop Radio

For the first time in his career, Mike Posner claims the top spot on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

Posner earns the top spot with “I Took A Pill In Ibiza.” The song, which was #3 last week, moves to #1 on the strength of its ~17,810 tracking week spins (+1,149).

“Ibiza” seizes the throne from ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK,” which falls to #2 after two weeks on top. It received ~17,459 plays (+17) during the May 1-7 tracking week.

Down one spot, Lukas Graham’s “7 Years” takes #3 with ~17,356 spins (+666). Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” holds at #4 courtesy its ~13,994 weekly spins (+1,388), while Zara Larsson & MNEK’s “Never Forget You” enjoys a four-place leap to #5.

The song, which is making its first Top 5 appearance, received ~11,126 weekly spins (+438).
