Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” Working Toward Top 10 Position at Pop Radio

Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” is a lock to claim a Top 10 position on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart.

Based on its performance during the first six days of the April 10-16 tracking week, it has a chance of doing the same on the pop chart.

“Work From Home” received 9,222 spins during the first six days of the tracking period. Up 10.7% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots Fifth Harmony’s tune at #11 on Mediabase’s building chart.

The #10 song? Selena Gomez’ “Hands To Myself,” which has endured a dramatic week-over-week airplay loss. The third “Revival” single received 9,314 spins during the first six days of the tracking week, representing a 24.2% decline from last week’s count.

If “Hands To Myself” were to maintain or increase its current rate of deceleration and “Work From Home” were to maintain or increase its current rate of acceleration, the Fifth Harmony song would end up ahead for the April 10-16 tracking week. It would officially crack the format’s Top 10.

And even if “Work From Home” were to narrowly miss the Top 10 this week, it would — barring a highly improbable collapse — be virtually guaranteed a Top 10 position next week.
