“Stitchers” Enjoys Slight Ratings Gain, “Shadowhunters” Adds Viewers

After setting live+same-day series lows in adults 18-49 and total viewership for last week’s second season premiere, Freeform’s “Stitchers” enjoyed slight gains this week.

Lead-in “Shadowhunters” enjoyed an uptick in total viewership but slipped in adults 18-49.

According to Showbuzz, Tuesday’s “Stitchers” drew a 0.18 adults 18-49 rating and 0.46 million total viewers.

Narrowly up from last week’s marks (0.17, 0.43 million), the numbers still trail those of every first season telecast — including the low-rated October 20 special.

The broadcast scenario is, however, different in season two. “Stitchers” is airing at 10PM rather than 9PM. It is also airing out of “Shadowhunters,” which is not providing as much lead-in support as “Pretty Little Liars” did last year.

— This week’s “Shadowhunters” posted a 0.32 rating and 0.82 million viewers. The rating trails last week’s 0.33, but the viewership mark tops its 0.78 million sum.
