For the first time in her career, Melissa Benoist is set to appear on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
Per NBC listings, the “Supergirl” star is booked as the second interview guest for the March 18 episode. John Krasinski will appear as the lead guest, while Mike Posner will close the show with a performance.
On hiatus (and airing re-runs) this coming week, “The Tonight Show” returns with originals during the week of March 14. In addition to Krasinski, Benoist, and Posner, other guests scheduled for that week include Shailene Woodley (3/14), Eugene Levy & Catherine O’Hara (3/14), Aurora (3/14), Jesse Eisenberg (3/15), Zoe Kravitz (3/15), Coldplay (3/15), Jennifer Garner (3/16), Cuba Gooding Jr (3/16), Pete Yorn (3/16), Clive Owen (3/17), Nia Vardalos (3/17) and Jimmy Carr (3/17).
While these listings have been issued to television providers, they are not yet being officially advertised by NBC. As such, they should be treated as tentative.
