In Grammy-winning The Weeknd, NBC has already been advertising a very high-profile musical guest for Friday’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The episode’s musical performance is even bigger than advertised.

Ms. Lauryn Hill, a Grammy winner in her own right, joins The Weeknd during the number. NBC’s “Tonight Show” thus ends its week-long stint in Los Angeles with a performance featuring two major — and majorly talented — music stars.

Taped Friday afternoon, the episode also features visits from Bryan Cranston and Demi Lovato and a special cameo by Carol Burnett. It airs at 11:35PM ET.
