Shinedown Leads Active Rock For 3rd Week; Nothing More, Highly Suspect Enter Top 5

A slight loss in weekly airplay does not knock Shinedown’s “State Of My Head” from the top spot on Mediabase’s active rock airplay chart.

Spun ~2,122 times during the February 7-13 tracking week, “State Of My Head” earns a third straight week at #1 on the listing.

And while its weekly spin count trails last week’s mark by 43, it tops that of the nearest competitor by nearly 500.

Pop Evil’s “Ways To Get High,” that competitor, holds at #2 thanks to its ~1,781 weekly plays (+49). Also stationary, Foo Fighters’ “Saint Cecilia” follows at #3 courtesy its ~1,543 spins (-128).

Up two places, Nothing More’s “Here’s To The Heartache” takes #4 on this week’s chart. It received ~1,374 weekly spins (+41).

Also up two places, Highly Suspect’s “Bloodfeather” follows at #5 with ~1,270 weekly spins (+18).

The Nothing More and Highly Suspect songs are making their first Top 5 appearances.
