Ratings Update: CBS’ “Limitless” Holds Steady in Week Two

Final Ratings Update: While ABC’s “The Muppets” and FOX’s “Scream Queens” suffered week two drops, CBS’ new Tuesday series “Limitless” held perfectly steady in adults 18-49.

Tuesday’s episode posted a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating with 9.734 million total viewers. The rating matches that of last week’s premiere; the viewership total narrowly trails that episode’s 9.857 million mark.

CBS’ Tuesday lineup also featured “NCIS” (2.2, 16.526 million) and “NCIS: New Orleans” (1.7, 12.862 million).

Of the three broadcast series that premiered last Tuesday night, only one matched its inaugural adults 18-49 rating in week two.

CBS’ “Limitless” is that series.

Per fast national data, Tuesday’s “Limitless” drew a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating with 9.576 million total viewers.

Per final broadcast data, last week’s premiere posted the same 1.9 rating. It reached 9.857 million total viewers.

Comparatively, ABC’s “The Muppets” suffered a 31% decline in adults 18-49. FOX’s “Scream Queens” slipped by 18% on an episode-to-episode basis (and by 13% within the 9-10PM timeslot).

CBS led into “Limitless” with “NCIS: New Orleans” (1.7, 12.61 million). That show led out of its “NCIS” mothership (2.1, 16.020 million).
