Taylor Swift’s “Never Grow Up” Officially Goes Gold in the US

Late last month, “1989” album track “Wildest Dreams” received a gold certification from the RIAA.

This month, a track from Swift’s 2010 album “Speak Now” earns the same distinction.

According to the RIAA, endearing “Speak Now” cut “Never Grow Up” was officially certified gold on July 13, 2015.

Under the terms of the RIAA’s digital singles program, the gold certification confirms a US unit total in excess of 500,000. A unit is equal to one paid download or 100 streams.

Swift’s other “Speak Now” single certifications (the album itself is 4x platinum):

Mine – 3x platinum
Mean – 3x platinum
Back to December – 2x platinum
The Story of Us – platinum
Sparks Fly – platinum
Ours – platinum
Speak Now – gold
Better Than Revenge – gold
Enchanted – gold
