Country Airplay: Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett Go Top 15; Keith Urban, Maddie & Tae Top 20

Thanks to the week’s greatest weekly audience gain, Sam Hunt’s “House Party” cruises into the Top 15 of the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

Cut from Hunt’s “Montevallo,” “House Party” rises two places to #14 on this week’s audience-driven chart. Its weekly audience impression count of 24.017 million bests last week’s total by a sizable 4.033 million.

“House Party” is one of two additions to the weekly top fifteen. Thomas Rhett’s “Crash and Burn,” the other, reaches #15 (+3) thanks to its 20.444 million audience impressions (+2.212 million).

— Songs new to the weekly Top 20 include Keith Urban’s “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16” and Maddie & Tae’s “Fly.” The former rises three places to #19 on the strength of its 15.075 million weekly impressions (+3.022 million). The latter rises one place to #20 courtesy an impression total of 13.983 million (+1.029 million).

Other movers:

— Cole Swindell’s “Let Me See Ya Girl” (#24, +2) and Lady Antebellum’s “Long Stretch of Love” (#25, +2) reach the Top 25.

— Big & Rich’s “Run Away with You” (#29, +2) and Brothers Osborne’s “Stay A Little Longer” (#30, +3) enter the Top 30.

— Kenny Chesney’s “Save it for a Rainy Day” (#33, +8), Drake White’s “It Feels Good” (#39, +3) and Cam’s “Burning House” (#40, +8) are officially inside the Top 40.
