Silento, Charlie Puth, Natalie La Rose Reach Pop Radio’s Top 40

In debuting at #25, Demi Lovato’s “Cool for the Summer” registers as the week’s highest-charting addition to pop radio’s Top 40.

It is not, however, the only addition.

Silento’s “Watch Me,” Charlie Puth’s “Marvin Gaye (featuring Meghan Trainor)” and Natalie La Rose’s “Around the World (featuring Fetty Wap)” also land inside the Top 40 of this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart.

Spun 1,604 times during the June 28-July 4 tracking week (+483), “Watch Me” rises six places to #36 this week.

As his Wiz Khalifa collaboration “See You Again” begins to fade, Charlie Puth has a rising pop entry in the form of “Marvin Gaye.” Up seven places, the song reaches #37 on the strength of its 1,534 weekly plays (+461).

“Around the World,” the follow-up to Natalie La Rose’s Top 5 pop hit “Somebody (featuring Jeremih),” earns the #40 position on this week’s chart. It rises five places thanks to a weekly spin count of 1,367 (+475).

Each song is also charting on at least one other radio format. “Watch Me” holds #11 at urban and #13 at rhythmic. “Marvin Gaye” is #30 at hot adult contemporary. “Around the World” is #28 at rhythmic.
