Tori Kelly, Sam Smith, Nick Fradiani Reach Top 40 at Pop Radio

Last week, Tori Kelly’s “Should’ve Been Us” blasted into the Top 50 of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

This week, it enters the Top 40.

The follow-up to Kelly’s breakthrough “Nobody Love” rises six places to a new high of #38 on the Mediabase pop chart. The new peak–and first Top 40 appearance–comes thanks to the song’s ~1,328 tracking week spins (+487).

Sam Smith’s “Like I Can” also enters the Top 40 this week. The latest single from Smith’s Grammy-winning “In the Lonely Hour” rises three places to #39 on this week’s chart. It received ~1,236 spins (+273) during the June 7-13 tracking week.

Nick Fradiani’s “Beautiful Life” claims the final Top 40 spot this week. Spun ~1,158 time during the aforementioned tracking week (+57), “Beautiful Life” rises one place to a new peak of #40.

As noted in an earlier report, the highest-charting new Top 40 entry is The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face.” The song grabs #21 on this week’s chart.
