Florida Georgia Line’s “Sippin’ on Fire” Grabs #1 at Country Radio; Carrie Underwood Back in Top 5

The latest single from Florida Georgia Line’s “Anything Goes” is officially a #1 hit at country radio.

“Sippin’ On Fire,” that single, reaches #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart. Up one place, it seizes the throne from A Thousand Horses’ ‘Smoke.”

“Smoke,” which last week became A Thousand Horses’ first #1 hit, slips to #5 on this week’s chart.

Not simply the leader in Mediabase chart points, “Sippin’ on Fire” also ranks as the week’s most played and most heard country song. It received ~8,013 spins and ~57.967 million audience impressions during the May 31-June 6 tracking week.

“Sippin’ On Fire” follows “Dirt” and “Sun Daze” in becoming the third “Anything Goes” single to top the country radio chart.

Kenny Chesney’s “Wild Child (with Grace Potter)” rises to #2 this week, while Kelsea Ballerini’s breakthrough “Love Me Like You Mean It” jumps to #3. Carrie Underwood’s “Little Toy Guns,” which was displaced from the Top 5 last week, returns to the club at #4 (+2).
