Update: Airing out of NBC’s “The Voice” results show (2.5 adults 18-49 rating, 10.69 million viewers), Tuesday’s “Undateable” enjoyed episode-to-episode improvements in adults 18-49 and total viewership.
This week’s episode drew a 1.5 with 5.10 million viewers. The previous episode, which aired on March 31, scored a 1.4 with 4.98 million viewers out of a “The Voice” clip show.
Despite the “Undateable” uptick, lead-out “One Big Happy” slipped this week.
Tuesday’s episode, which was the fourth “One Big Happy” airing to date, drew a 1.1 adults 18-9 rating with 3.57 million viewers. Both were lows for the show, which scored a 1.2 with 3.82 for its previous, March 31 airing.
====================
Off last week to allow for a two-hour edition of NBC’s “The Voice,” sophomore comedy “Undateable” returned to the schedule this week.
Based on fast national ratings, it enjoyed an episode-to-episode uptick.
Tuesday’s “Undateable” drew a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating with 5.21 million viewers. Barring downward adjustments in the final broadcast report, the numbers will best the 1.4 rating and 4.98 million viewership tally garnered by the previous original on March 31.
Helpful was the fact that this week’s “The Voice” lead-in (2.4, 10.39 million) was a live results show. The March 31 “Voice” was a clip show and drew a weaker 2.0 with 8.57 million viewers.
Despite leading out of a slightly stronger “Undateable,” “One Big Happy” fell for this week’s episode. Down from the 1.2 with 3.82 million viewers posted on March 31, this week’s episode was good for a 1.1 with 3.67 million viewers.
