Rihanna’s “FourFiveSeconds” Repeats as Most-Added at Pop, Rhythmic

For the second consecutive week, Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds” tops Mediabase’s pop and rhythmic radio add boards.

After scoring a whopping 72 monitored pop adds last week, the superstar collaboration clicked with 86 programmers this week. No other song received even a third of that reaction from the pop radio community.

“FourFiveSeconds,” meanwhile, tops the rhythmic radio format with 23 second-week adds.

News of the song’s second week of success at pop and rhythmic comes a day after Mediabase revealed that the Rihanna-Kanye-McCartney collaboration was the most-added song at hot adult contemporary radio. Thanks to pickups from 28 monitored stations, “FourFiveSeconds” ranks as urban radio’s second-most-added song this week.
