Ratings: “Girls” Slips, But “Togetherness,” “Looking” Rise to Highs

“Girls” started HBO’s Sunday off on a down note, but lead-out series “Togetherness” and “Looking” still managed to achieve week-over-week viewership increases.

Sunday’s “Girls” drew a 0.3 adults 18-49 rating with 721,000 viewers. Both marks trailed those of last week’s episode, which scored a 0.4 in adults 18-49 and attracted 797,000 total viewers.

Freshman comedy “Togetherness,” nonetheless, managed to mirror its previous 0.2 adults 18-49 rating and actually set a new high mark in total viewers. After garnering 427,000 viewers for the January 11 premiere and then 426,000 for last week’s episode, “Togetherness” reached 472,000 in week three.

That additional viewership seemed to hit sophomore comedy “Looking,” which rose to a season high this week.

Sunday’s “Looking” drew a 0.2 adults 18-49 rating with 324,000 viewers. Its previous two telecasts drew a 0.1 with 195,000 viewers (1/18) and a 0.1 with 183,000 viewers (1/11).
