Prince Royce’s “Stuck on a Feeling (featuring Snoop Dogg),” pop radio’s latest “On the Verge” selection is making major moves on the pop airplay chart.
While Mediabase did not issue an adjusted Sunday evening airplay chart this week (in recognition of the programming abnormalities that emerge as major stations devote the final days of each year to countdowns and holiday songs), the song is absolutely making its presence felt on the rolling chart.
Boosted by the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program, which provides guaranteed iHeartMedia airplay to each selection, “Stuck on a Feeling” commanded an impressive 2,020 spins during the week between December 14 and 20.
That spin count was the pop format’s 31st-largest within that seven day window.
During the prior seven day period (December 7-13), “Stuck” ranked #42 with only 948 spins.
Not limited to the pop format, “Stuck on a Feeling” is currently #38 on the rolling rhythmic airplay chart.
