Steven Lee Olsen’s “Good Time” is Most-Added at Country, Cole Swindell Follows

Update: Picked up by nineteen monitored Mediabase stations this week, Steven Lee Olsen’s “Raised by a Good Time” ranks as the country format’s most-added song.

Cole Swindell’s “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey,” which recently hopped into the top 40 on the country airplay chart, follows with 15 adds. Other focus songs for programmers include Garth Brooks’ “Mom” (3rd-most-added, 14 adds), Rascal Flatts’ “Riot” (4th-most-added, 12 adds) and Sam Hunt’s “Take Your Time’ (4th-most-added, 12 adds).

A light week at country radio falls in favor of Steven Lee Olsen’s “Raised by a Good Time.”

According to Mediabase, the Canadian artist’s single ranks as the format’s most-added song on the strength of 19 monitored station pickups.

Olsen, who had moderate success in his native country with 2009’s “Make Hay While the Sun Shines” and 2013’s “Never Done it Like This,” signed with Columbia Nashville earlier this year. He is currently working on his debut album for the label.

A full adds report is due later Monday evening. Cole Swindell’s “Ain’t Worth the Whiskey,” which is already a top 40 country hit, is expected to rank as second-most-added.
