5 Seconds of Summer to Perform on “The Tonight Show” (Updated)

Thanks to solid interest in its “Amnesia” EP, Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer will likely return to the top ten of the Billboard 200 Album Sales chart next week.

That will not be the band’s only visibility.

NBC confirmed that 5SOS will perform on the October 2 edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”  The band’s performance will come after Derek Jeter and James Marsden sit down for interviews with Fallon.

Other performers on next week’s series of “Tonight” episodes include Tony Bennett, Lucinda Williams and Lady Antebellum.  Updated listings follow:
