Blake Shelton Performs, Tosses Objects on “The Tonight Show”

If you’ve been feeling those post-Labor Day Weekend Blues, do not worry. There is a “Neon Light” at the end of the tunnel.

Country superstar and charismatic “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton performs new single “Neon Light” on Wednesday’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

As integral to the broadcast as his fellow “Voice” coach Adam Levine was Tuesday, Shelton also participates in an interview and comedy game with the host of NBC’s iconic late night show.

And while his game of “Random Object Football Toss” might not have the same viral potential as Levine and Fallon’s “Wheel of Musical Impressions,” it should still provide ample opportunity for comedy.

Taped Wednesday, Shelton’s presence is the drawing card of the episode that will air at 11:35PM ET. Tim and Eric also drop by for an interview, while Sheila E sits in with The Roots.

Photos from the taping, including a first look at the three Blake Shelton segments, the Tim and Eric interview and Sheila E’s musical contribution, follow. Videos of the “Random Object Football Toss” and of Shelton’s “Neon Light” performance are also embedded below.
