Tuesday’s edition of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” is not designed for the anti-Adam Levine.
Levine, coach of NBC’s “The Voice” and recipient of PEOPLE’s annual “Sexiest Man Alive,” appears as both an interview guest and performer on the nightly edition of NBC’s iconic late night show.
After fielding host Jimmy Fallon’s questions on his own (and participating in Wheel of Musical Impressions), he then joins his Maroon 5 bandmates for the musical number.
Maroon 5 released “V,” its fifth studio album, this week.
The two Levine appearances bookend Fallon’s interview with Meredith Vieira.
Taped Tuesday, the first original “Tonight Show” since August 22 airs at 11:35PM ET on NBC. Photos from the taping, including those capturing Levine’s interview, Vieira’s interview and the Maroon 5 performance, follow. Videos of the Maroon 5 performance and of “Wheel of Musical Impressions” follow:
