Fifth Harmony’s “Bo$$” Rockets Into the Top 10 on iTunes

Whether it will make the same opening day impact as Ariana Grande’s “Break Free (featuring Zedd)” remains to be seen, but Fifth Harmony’s “Bo$$” is rapidly–and impressively–working its way up the iTunes single sales chart.

First made available for purchase late Sunday, the song is already #8 on the store’s sales chart. It will go higher as Monday progresses.

(Update: As of 12:45PM ET, it is #6 on the iTunes Sales Chart)

Granted an aggressive promotional campaign, which included pre-orders on iTunes, “Bo$$” is the lead single from the girl group’s upcoming full-length debut.

It also functions as the official follow-up to debut single “Miss Movin’ On,” which received a gold certification and peaked at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100. To date, no song released by a US “X Factor” act has charted higher.

Comprised of AllyBrooke Hernandez, Normani Kordei, Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane Hansen, Fifth Harmony placed third on the second season of FOX’s “The X Factor.”
