“Betrayal” Ratings Hold Steady, “Revenge” Improves

By now, it seems clear that “Betrayal” has earned itself a steady following.

Whether that following, which is very small in volume, is enough to secure a longer tenure at ABC remains to be seen.

With a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating and 3.51 million viewers, this week’s “Betrayal” almost perfectly matched last week’s 1.0 and 3.42 million fast national number.

By consistently delivering numbers in that ballpark, “Betrayal” is making a strong case for stability. If there were a counterargument this week, it would be that lead-in “Revenge,” which has been struggling this season, gained over last week’s comparable fast nationals.

The third-season series drew a 1.7 rating with 6.29 million viewers, up from last week’s 1.5 with 5.65 million. If any of those extra viewers tuned into “Betrayal,” it would call into question the show’s apparent stability.

Earlier in the night, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” scored a 1.4 with 6.97 million, while “Once Upon a Time” drew a 2.3 and 7.48 million.
