Update: Talk about comedy block stability.
Based on the fast nationals, “The Big Bang Theory” perfectly matched last week’s 4.9 adults 18-49 rating with 17.2 million viewers. New series “The Millers” improved by one-tenth to a 3.2 rating with 12.2 million viewers.
“The Crazy Ones,” marking similar growth in the demo, climbed to a 2.5 with 9.5 million. Its lead-out “Two and a Half Men” slid slightly to a 2.1 with 8.5 million.
“Elementary” wrapped CBS’ evening with a very soft 1.6 and 8.4 million viewers.

Though not as dominant, particularly in the 9PM hour, as CBS likely hoped it would be, the network’s Thursday comedy block seems to be finding steady ground.
All four comedies either matched or exceeded their previous overnight numbers.
CBS flagship “The Big Bang Theory” kicked the night off with an improved 11.4 rating, before leading into week three of new series “The Millers.” Despite poor reviews for its second episode, the Will Arnett-Margo Martindale starrer enjoyed slight growth to a 7.6.
“The Crazy Ones” kicked off the 9PM hour with a steady 6.4 rating, while “Two and a Half Men” improved a tick to a 6.1.
“Elementary,” which closed CBS’ evening at 10PM, posted a 5.6.
