“The Blacklist” Ratings Hold Steady, “The Voice” Still Dominant

Update: “The Blacklist” dominated its 10PM timeslot with a 3.2 adults 18-49 rating and 11.4 million viewers.

Earlier in the night, a two-hour “The Voice” posted a 4.5 with 13.8 million viewers.

Already picked up for a full season, “The Blacklist” presently faces an easing pressure from NBC. But that does not mean it is any less inclined to deliver.

Monday’s “The Blacklist” matched last week’s 7.3 overnight metered market rating, marking the first time this season it has held steady from episode-to-episode. Whether that steadiness is totally reflected in the adults 18-49 rating remains to be seen, but it appears clear NBC’s new drama is settling into a groove behind “The Voice.”

Of course, finding such rhythm is a much easier task when the lead-in performs so well. Monday’s “The Voice,” which featured the debut of the Battle Rounds, the show’s most beloved phase, matched last week’s 8.9.
