WWE’s “Total Divas” Ratings Improve for Second Episode

Thanks to a premiere that garnered solid reviews and a beneficial encore airing after last Monday’s WWE RAW, episode two of “Total Divas” achieved the rare feat of adding viewers.

With the same 0.7 adults 18-49 rating, Sunday’s episode attracted 1.53 million viewers. Up from the 1.3 million average for episode one, this week’s performance was an irrefutably positive one.

Insofar as lead-in “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” essentially matched last week’s rating (steady 1.4 rating, down slightly to 2.79 million viewers), the gain appears organic. Whether that organic interest will continue, let alone grow, remains to be seen, but it is clear that this week’s gain was not due to scheduling.

Episode two jointly focused on Eva Marie’s effort to become Fandango’s new dancer, the Funkadactyls’ wardrobe concerns and The Bella Twins’ visits to the respective homes of boyfriends John Cena and Daniel Bryan.
