“The Hero” Ratings Crash in Week Two; Rock Series Can’t Draw

The premiere ratings were not spectacular for any high-profile cable series, let alone one starring one of the top movie stars on the planet, but the media was nonetheless kind to TNT’s “The Hero.”

Terms like “decent” and “solid” were used to describe the underwhelming series premiere.

Unfortunately, any ability to accurately apply those terms is now completely out the window, as the series, a hosting vehicle for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, completely tanked in the ratings Thursday.

The follow-up episode delivered a soft 0.4 adults 18-49 rating with just 1.1 million viewers. Last Thursday’s premiere posted a 0.7 with 1.53 million.
