Charlie Sheen’s initiative to keep on winning started off on the right foot–his well-promoted interview on ABC’s “20/20” gave the network a rare timeslot victory Tuesday.
The Sheen interview scored a 3.2 adults 18-49 rating with 9.30 million viewers Tuesday, besting the CBS and NBC offerings at 10PM. Of note is the fact that the show actually built its audience over the course of the telecast, intriguing given the fact that most of Sheen’s “quotables” came in the early portion.
CBS’ “The Good Wife” improved over last week’s performance built still fell short of Sheen with a 2.2 and 11.31 million viewers. NBC’s “Parenthood” mustered a soft 1.9 with only 5.04 million viewers.
