F4WOnline.com notes, however, that many believe the 1939 debut date is worked and that she did not actually begin wrestling until 1941. Most available documentation backs up the 1941 date.

As an effort to get over Michael Cole’s anti-JR persona, WWE interestingly Re-Tweeted a Chris Jericho crack: “The difference between JIm Ross and Micheal Cole is the difference between Paul Newman and Paulie Shore.”
