None of the key celebrities in attendance truly acted on the “Burlesque” theme of the movie’s Hollywood premiere; more importantly, many missed the mark all together as some of entertainment’s most attractive women looked far too ordinary.
All-around stunner Julianne Hough has not been on a personal hot streak; her current hairstyle is simply not effective and really puts a damper on her wholesome beauty, notably taking away attention from her striking eyes. It seems impossible for Hough not to look great on a red carpet, and while Hough definitely showed her gorgeousness at times, her appearance at the “Burlesque” premiere came as close as possible to proving otherwise. The dress was also rather boring, totally missing out on the ‘sexy girl next door’ image inherent to Hough’s appeal.
“90210” beauty AnnaLynne McCord, consistently one of the biggest red carpet knockouts in Hollywood, also disappointed with a makeup ensemble and hairstyle that looked almost “ghoulish.” She looks pretty in some shots, but this was far from the most flattering look for the actress.
Star Christina Aguilera also missed the mark, not only in terms of dress selection but in her general look–there is almost a “Snooki” vibe in several of the photos.
Not all was bad, however. Kristin Cavallari radiated, while Nicole Dabeau looked beautiful.
