Donning the ridiculous blue wig in support of her hit new single “California Gurls,” Katy Perry nonetheless managed to look fantastic at the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night.
On both the red carpet and on stage, Perry managed to let her quirky sex appeal, curves and wide eyes reign, standing out from a crowd that included some of Hollywood’s most beautiful young actresses and singers.
“Jersey Shore” star Snooki, meanwhile, continued to baffle regarding her standing as one of America’s most-photographed celebrities. While the dress and makeup were more flattering and generous than some of her past ensembles, they did nothing to set some sort of example–they did not establish Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, as someone young women should emulate from a fashion or body image perspective.
