Performing at the 1515 in Paris, Cyrus exposed her midriff and legs with another explosive outfit. “Can’t Be Tamed” has not yet blown up as a smash single, but the “Hannah Montana” star seems to be using skin to assure she remains atop the world of celebrity buzz.
