“American Idol” eliminated four contestants Thursday, reducing the pack to twelve and waving goodbye to the semifinal portion of the competition.
The twelve finalists now prepare to move into the big “Idol” theatre as they aim to impress voters en route to a shot at winning the ninth “American Idol” competition.
Those remaining in the competition–Lee Dewyze, Andrew Garcia, Aaron Kelly, Casey James, Michael Lynche, Tim Urban, Crystal Bowersox, Lacey Brown, Didi Benami, Paige Miles, Katie Stevens and Siobhan Magnus–will tackle the songs of the Rolling Stones on next week’s live show.
